How to Access Journey Analytics

Logging in

After accessing the Alterian CX Platform, the Homepage, the Navigation Menu on the left hand side will be available to access all available functions.

The Journey Analytics screen is a subset dealing with analysing visitor events, currently providing visualisation for Flow, Visitor Statistics, plus Distribution and Relationship of Visitor interactions, on the Journey Visualisations screen.

Journey Analytics is accessed using the labelled link

If requiring a new Journey Visualisation, rather than opening a saved view, the Create new icon at the top of the Navigation menu, can create a new Journey Visualisation.

Logging Out

Click on Logout at the top right hand of any screen to securely log out, returning you to the login screen.

Getting Started

When accessing Journey Analytics, the Homepage is displayed, where any saved Journey Visualisations can be viewed and launched. This will be a combination of those saved as public, available to all users and your users private saved visualisations.

If requiring a new Journey Visualisation, rather than opening a saved view, the Create new icon at the top of the Navigation menu, can create a new Journey Visualisation.

Once you have some data in the system, is it very easy to get started looking at the available visualisation and digging deeper into the available analytics. For more info, view the Journey Analytics help page.
