How to Access Journey Analytics

Logging in

After accessing the Alterian CX Platform, the Homepage, the Navigation Menu on the left hand side will be available to access all available functions.

The Journey Analytics interface provides visualisation for Behaviour Flow (Sankey Diagram), Visitor Stats, Bar Chart Distribution, Relationship and the Journey Stats (KPI Stats) for the data in the selected date range and filtering.

Logging Out

Click on Logout at the top right hand of any screen to securely log out, returning you to the login screen.

Getting Started

When accessing Journey Analytics, the Homepage is displayed, where any saved Journey Visualisations can be viewed and launched. This will be a combination of those saved as public, available to all users and your users private saved visualisations.

If requiring a new Journey Visualisation, rather than opening a saved view, the Create new icon at the top of the Navigation menu, can create a new Journey Visualisation.

Once you have some data in the system, is it very easy to get started looking at the available visualisation and digging deeper into the available analytics. For more info, view the Journey Analytics help page.
