Here you can view the Journey Playbooks available, choose one to edit or create a new one.
Journey Playbooks Tiles
Each tile provides:
Journey Playbooks name
Milestones: Number of Milestones in the Journey Playbook
Steps: Number of Steps in the Journey Playbook
Tasks: Items still to do in the Journey
Satisfaction level: Shows an ordered list of the satisfaction levels attained by the Steps in the Journey Playbook. Those satisfaction levels with the highest percentage are shown at the top.
Classification: User Classification
Finding your Journey Playbook
You can search for the Journey Playbook name at the top right or use the Classification filter to the left to only show the Journey Playbooks that match a specific Classification.
Adding a Journey Playbooks
Click on the orange plus icon on the right. This will open the Journey Playbook.
Editing, copying and deleting a Journey Playbooks
Click on the Journey Playbook Tile of interest. A function popup will appear providing three options:
Edit: Opens the Journey Playbook screen allowing you to edit.
Copy: Copies the selected Journey Playbook
Delete: Allows deletion of the Journey Playbook after confirmation
