Th CX Dashboards provide some key information for analysis but the default view may not be what is required so some options are available.

Switching between the Available Dashboards is done by the menu at the bottom left hand side.

Filtering

The Filters bar in the right hand side will provide filter options d=for each column with column value selectors where appropriate. Updates are fast and interactive making quick analysis possible.

Note that on first access, a column may take a second or two to loads the values.

Filtering options will change if an area of the Dashboard is selected.

Dashboard Interaction

The Dashboard itself is also interactive, allowing click based filtering on elements of the Report in view, and those filter be applied at the report level. Highlight a specific Delivery Group to see it’s usage over time as a single line graph as well as its Channel counts.

The clicking is a toggle so simply click again to remove the filter.

Clicking also changes the filter options based on the ares selected.
