Working with CX Dashboards

The CX Dashboards provide a great high level view of the interactions of the system, while providing the analysis tools to dig deeper if required.

Switching between the https://alteriandocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/124715009 is done by the menu at the bottom left hand side.

Filtering

The Filters bar on the right hand side will provide filter options for each column, with column value selectors where appropriate. Updates are fast and interactive making quick analysis possible.

Note that on first access, a column may take a second or two to loads the values.

Filtering options will change if an area of the Dashboard is selected.

Dashboard Interaction

The Dashboard itself is also interactive, allowing click based filtering on elements of the Dashboard in view, and those filters will be applied at the report level. Highlight a specific Rule Group to see it’s usage over time as a single line graph as well as its Channel counts.

 

The clicking is a toggle, so simply click again to remove the filter.

Visualisations within the Dashboards can be togged to full screen using the icon on the top right hand side.
