Th The CX Dashboards provide some key information for analysis but the default view may not be what is required so some options are availablea great high level view of the interactions of the system, while providing the analysis tools to dig deeper if required.

Switching between the Available Dashboards /wiki/spaces/PD/pages/124715009 is done by the menu at the bottom left hand side.

Filtering

The Filters bar in on the right hand side will provide filter options d= for each column, with column value selectors where appropriate. Updates are fast and interactive making quick analysis possible.

The Dashboard itself is also interactive, allowing click based filtering on elements of the Report Dashboard in view, and those filter filters will be applied at the report level. Highlight a specific Delivery Rule Group to see it’s usage over time as a single line graph as well as its Channel counts.

The clicking is a toggle, so simply click again to remove the filter.

Clicking also changes the filter options based on the ares selectedVisualisations within the Dashboards can be togged to full screen using the icon on the top right hand side.
