The CX Dashboards provide a great high level view of the interactions of the system, while providing the analysis tools to dig deeper if required.

Switching between the Available Dashboards /wiki/spaces/PD/pages/124715009 is done by the menu at the bottom left hand side.

The Dashboard itself is also interactive, allowing click based filtering on elements of the Dashboard in view, and those filters will be applied at the report level. Highlight a specific Delivery Rule Group to see it’s usage over time as a single line graph as well as its Channel counts.
