How to access the Alterian Real-Time CX platform
Logging in
Alterian CX currently only supports Chrome.
Each Alterian Real-Time CX platform Analyst/User will be provided with a unique URL , where we host the Alterian Real-Time CX platform, and a username password for access to the system. Within the CX Platform for this URL and User, there may be one or more Brands for the Analyst to access. A Brand within the application is one instance of the CX Platform with Data, Rules Templates etc specific to that Brand, and multiple of these Brands can be accessed via a single URL.
Once logged in, if an Analyst has access to and is working in, multiple Brands, a Brand switch option is available in the top right of the screen to switch between Brands. Each switch will launch a new instance of your browser, opening in the selected Brand, allowing Analysts to work concurrently across their Brands. While logged in, this Brand Switch area also displays the user logged in, and gives the Log Out option.
When working in multiple Brands, each Browser tab will also display the Brand name
Logging Out
Click on Logout at the top right hand of any screen to securely log out, returning you to the login screen. When working in multiple Brands, logging out of that Brand on one tab will log out all tabs currently connected to that Brand for that User.
Theming
We provide three separate themes for Alterian CX to aid use of the product in differing light conditions.
These are selected via a dedicated themes icon next to the “Help” icon. Click on the Icon and a dropdow shows providing the choice of:
Light Theme
Dark Theme - Dark Grey
Dark-alt Theme - Dark Blue
By default we will select the theme of choice from the browser settings. If this is manually changed we will persist this choice through future sessions.
