Public Rules

Alterian provide a wide range of Public Rules that provide out of the box solutions to many CX use cases. Simply select the appropriate Public Rule from the Public client then follow the process below to save into your client and Target.

Open the Public Rule and click “Save as”

We will reuse the same name in your client if it is available. If not we will provide a warning and a new name should be selected. Other names can be used if preferred.

Choose your Client and Target from the dropdown options.

Public Rule are created only from Public Templates and therefore should work in your client with only tweaks to Parameters and Data Grids required.
