Alterian have created a number of steps that help you to create effective templates for Journey Orchestration.

This section contains a list of the steps Alterian have made available to our customers and how they could and should be used.

Alterian’s bespoke Spoon installion including our Alterian specific plugins can be downloaded from the API testing pages here.

We would recommend templates and rules are edited and created in template builder for most users as this provides the easiest setup and most convenient ongoing usage.
