ow to Access CX Dashboards
Logging in
Each Alterian Real-Time CX Platform customer will be provided with a unique URL where we host the Alterian Real-Time CX platform, and each user will be provided with their login credentials which will take the user to a Homepage. Once on the Homepage, the portal menu on the left hand side will be available to access the Journey Analytics
The Journey Analytics Screen is accessed from the Product Portal using the labelled link.
Logging Out
Click on Logout at the top right hand of any screen to securely log out, returning you to the login screen.
Getting Started
Once you have some data in the system, is it very easy to get started looking at the available Dashboards, and digging deeper into the available analytics. Review the Available Dashboards , or jump right in and start Working with CX Dashboards
