Viewing Sample Cache Fields
Data in the Journey Orchestration engine is held in tables nested under the Client and Target.
This means the data in Production may be different from the data held in Development and Test.
As you use your rules you may need to see the data you currently hold and understand the format of the values within each field.
The Cache Information Report has a Sample function that provides this view.
Simply choose your Target, then choose a Table. The grid below will update to provide a view of the fields in this table.
We show:
Field - Field name held in the table
Type - Data Type
Value - value held against the field in this table
Write time - When the value was last written, updated
TTL - What is the time to live (TTL) for the value for this field- This means how long the value will exist before it is automatically rolled off. This is set when the value is written or at a table level
To see other samples from the table click on the arrows next to Sample to scroll through. There are up to ten samples. These do not change.
The sample data can be downloaded by clicking on the Download button at the top right of the screen.
