Alterian Real-Time CX platform

Alterian Real-Time CX platform in full. This encompasses Journey Orchestration and Journey Analytics and may include, Journey Playbooks, Opportunities and the Dashboards

Dynamic Decisions Engine (DDE)

The backbone of the Alterian Real-Time CX platform. This solution underpins the Journey Orchestration functionality. DDE stores the Templates and Rules and is where the Rules are invoked. The structure of DDE is used in Journey Orchestration to separate and control Rule and Template use.

Journey Orchestration

Journey Orchestration allows you to create and control rules to make CX and Marketing decisions in real time. These rules are created from one or more templates. New templates can be created and then loaded in. These can be added to your rules to expand the capacity of the rules to do more.

Rules can be tested and the results reviewed before putting live.
