Adding your own help links to Rules and Templates
Alterian provide our customers with a selection of Public Rules and Templates. These are generally generic and will provide value to most customers. We provide help links within these Public Templates and Rules so our users are able to understand what they are and how they work. Our users can click through the links in the Rules or Templates screen where you see this icon to our confluence pages holding the help information and user guides.
This help link functionality is also available to our customers. As you and your team build bespoke templates or rules for use in Alterian CX you may choose to add links to you own help.
The help link for templates needs to be added as part of the template upload process. Once added this link will be available for in the Template and Template selection screens.
A help link for a Rule can be added at any time in Rule Designer. Simply click into “Settings” and add your link before saving. Once added this link will be available for in the Rules screen.
