How to use the Cache Information Reports documented here to understand what values you hold against yourself or another individual within Alterian CX.
How to identify if you or a user is in a given Control Group
Open the Cache Information reports. Add the users Key. This is the identifier that may have been used to identify the user when creating or updating the Alterian CXID, this could be a cookieid, phone number, email address etc. If the Key (channelagentid) matches the CXID field will populate with that users CXID.
This can be used to identify information held in Alterian CX against this value.
To understand whether they are in a Control Group simply open the Table
controlgroupallocation
and click on the CXID radio button to apply it. This will show the
Key = Rule they have been tested against, the version number prepended against CXID
Timestamp =
is control = Whether they are in the Control Group or not. True means they are in the Control Group, False means they were tested for this Control Group but were not placed within it.
