Journey Orchestration Static Token Expiry
Alterian CX employs static tokens to authenticate and track user interactions within its customer experience platform through our rules.
However, to enhance security and ensure the relevance of stored data, Alterian CX has implemented a policy where these tokens automatically expire after six months of inactivity. This means that if a token is not used for a period of six months, it becomes invalid and the user must re-request a new token to regain access. This expiration mechanism helps protect against unauthorized access and potential security breaches that could arise from long-term unused tokens, ensuring that only active and engaged users maintain their access rights
