Satisfaction - can show satisfaction survey
This provides a mechanism to allow you to limit the frequency of satisfaction requests from an individual for a specific survey.
You can configure the Survey name and the Number of days since the last survey request and the template will switch allowing to choose a different response. You may choose to not provide a Survey request.
No new output fields are created however the switch allows you to choose what happens. True means they meet the number of days and Survey name criteria and should probably not be asked again.
False means they do not fall within the exclusion time period and Survey name criteria, and you can ask for an opinion.
We would expect our customers to build this into the Satisfaction survey integrations. In essence, check when this individual was last asked for an opinion, and do not provide the survey if they fall within your chosen exclusion time period.
