End Of Conversation

Alterian CX identifies users interacting with your channels and merges users togather so we have a clear view of who is doing what. We group activity into conversations. A conversation is a period of activity over any tracked channels without a 30 minute gap in activity. When a 30 minute gap in activity occurs we consider this the end of that conversation. The user has either achieved what they were looking to do or have stopped to try again another day.

The End of Conversation Public template allows you to trigger an action when the conversation ends. This could be a satisfaction email, abandon basket or specific offers to tempt them back.

Configuration

To use the End of Conversation Public template simply add the template to you rule and highlight in the Get CXID tile that you want to use the End of conversation Public Template by changin gform a N to a Y.

 

Processing

If 30 minutes have elapsed since this Rule was last used the End of Converation Public template will trigger allowing you to follow up on that user.
