Recently used Templates

As you work on your rules you will find that certain templates are used again and again. Those that are commonly used may change over time.
We provide a recently used templates option in the template selection screen to always show the most commonly used templates with the last used template at the top left. This allows you to simply click on this option select the template and apply it without the need for searching.
The recently used templates view will honour the filters on the page and the search.
Clicking on the template will apply the template to the rule.
Multiple Inputs
Where a Template has more than one input we highlight this on the tile and provide a dropdown box to allow you to choose the input you want to use.
In some cases, you may have long flows of templates than need to be replicated. It may be quicker in this situation to select the templates in Rule Designer, copy them and then and paste them back in with a task to remap them togather.
