Queue Tile Placement

Passing Event Data into the CX solution is simple. As part of your Rule design simply pull an Event Queue Template into the Rule.

The best position for the Event Queue Tile is immediately after any output back to the calling system. This ensures that the values going into the Event Queue mirror those that were generated by the Rule and used in production.

In this example only one output is required, and the Queue tile is placed after this sole output.

Depending on the number of outputs from your Rule you may need to pull in multiple Event Queue Tiles into a single Rule to cover each output.

In this example the Rule has multiple outputs for Gold, Silver and Bronze members and these all require a separate Event Queue to record the differing responses each may provide.
