Read Engagement Score
Read engagement score reads the current Engagement Score for a CXID and adds this into the Rule flow as a field.
The other Public Template allow you to change the score. This allows you to use the results in your Rules.

engagementScoreColumn | The name of the column where the engagement score is stored. By Default this is set to engagementScore and it should be left like this in the majority of cases. It is possible customers may want engagement scores linked to specific activities. | engagementScore |
Processing
This tile template will take the CXID field in the flow, read the Engagement score from the engagementScoreColumn ands pass it into the flow in a field allowing it to be used by other tiles.

engagementScoreMonthTimeseries | Provides the Engagement score over the last 36* months or three years. The values conllected in the past have a decay added to reduce the importance of older actions. This field will automap to the engagement score field in the Event Queue Public Templates. | 1200 |
*In specific circumstances where we have customers that have very long buying cycles, Mortgages, Cars etc. We could provide a Public Template with a longer engagment score based on years. If you think this is required for your solution please raise with Alterian support.
