With the release of DDE 2.0, Alterian is introducing new Journey capabilities.

New Features

JOURNEYS

Journeys are a collection of rules set up by the administrator that operate together to achieve a business goal. This goal can be just about anything where fast and slow data is referenced to automatically allocate a customer or prospect down a particular path in the customer journey.

Journeys present the marketer with access to the parts of a DDE Journey that they are interested in, typically changing the parameters that control the end user interaction rather than the logic defining the journey. An example could be changing the offer mapping to specific user profiles, or changing the start and end date of an offer.

Fixes

  • Numerous fixes and performance improvements are also included in this release.
