With the release of DDE 2.8, Alterian is introducing a new opportunity matrix view allowing for the visualization campaigns and journeys in the same user interface.

New Features

OPPORTUNITY MATRIX

FIrst release of the Opportunity Matrix, this user interface allows for the visualization of both DDE journeys and Campaign builder campaigns in a single unifying interface. This allows the marketer to visualize and react to each opportunity that they have to engage with their customers.

Fixes

  • Numerous fixes and performance improvements are also included in this release.
